Where Burlington Comes Together to Give Back

Supporting local charities through events, partnerships, and community-led initiatives.

Making an Impact, Together

What started as a simple food drive quickly became something more.

In October 2023, a small group of community-minded individuals came together to collect non-perishable items for those impacted by the economic fallout from the COVID-19 pandemic. Over 15,000lbs of food and toiletries were donated, along with more than $20,000 raised for Burlington families in need.

Since then, Burlington Helping Burlington (BHB) has continued to grow, bringing energy, resources, and people together. With the support of local residents and businesses, we’ve contributed more than $50,000 to organizations doing meaningful work in our community.

From grassroots initiatives to established charities, we’re proud to support those driving positive change right here at home — helping extend their reach and impact.

Change doesn’t happen alone.
It happens when a community comes together.

The People Behind BHB

Burlington Helping Burlington is led by a dedicated group of local volunteers who care deeply about our city and its people.

Each board member brings a mix of experience, perspective, and connections, but shares one thing in common: a genuine desire to make Burlington a better place to live, work, and play.

We’re proud to be part of BHB, and even more proud to bring its important work to life.
